Anthropic files S-1 for a Nasdaq IPO under the ticker ANT

Anthropic, the company behind Claude, filed an S-1 registration statement with the SEC for a proposed IPO of its Class A common stock. It plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “ANT.”

The filing isn’t effective yet, so shares can’t be sold or offers accepted. The number of shares and price range haven’t been set.
