HyperFrames v0.9.25

HyperFrames v0.9.25 makes renders repeatable: every render now seeds its random values, so re-rendering a film with the same settings gives you the same result.

The release also changes how a muted video behaves at a cut. Its picture no longer waits on its own audio track, and capture pages now load only the clips that are on screen.

On the CLI side, check replays the last pass for an unchanged project instead of running again, and it takes a new --no-craft flag.
