HyperFrames v0.9.23

HyperFrames fixed a bug in v0.9.23 where a fade-in that came after a starting set would vanish once the fade finished. Those fade-ins now end fully visible, because a set written before its tween no longer erases the tween's end.

A few smaller changes came with it:

• When a CDN script fails, the report names the library and version instead of the URL.
• Preview health now names the media element that held up playback.
• In Studio, a menu row's highlight is no longer rounder than its panel, and playback recovery is bounded, with full-quality playback verified.
