Claude Duet briefs you and keeps working when you step away
Claude Duet is a new app that sends you a morning brief from your connected apps and keeps working on tasks when you step away.
You can hand it work by typing or voice, from scheduling a meeting to building a dashboard or prototype. Tasks run on a virtual machine with its own browser, so your phone or laptop doesn’t have to stay on. Duet notifies you when work is done or needs review.
It can read, draft and prepare work on its own. Sending messages, making payments, signing documents and deleting anything require approval of the exact action. Trading securities and moving money between accounts remain off-limits even with approval.
The research preview is waitlisted for Pro and Max subscribers in the US on iOS, Android and claude.ai. It’s included in those plans and shares their usage limits, including background checks. Team and Enterprise aren’t included yet. Duet is separate from the main Claude app, can misread threads or urgency, and can’t yet show you its browser.
