FLORA adds QuiverAI Arrow 2 with editable layered SVGs

QuiverAI's Arrow 2 is now on the FLORA canvas. FLORA says anything created there can be edited as an SVG and broken into layers.

FLORA's tasting notes describe Arrow 2 as the faster sketch node and Arrow 2 Telos as a refinement pass for harder briefs, with named layers and live text in its SVG files.
