Slackbot skills API methods are here!

You can now create and update Slackbot skills through Slack's Web API, including keeping their instructions in source control and deploying changes from CI.

Create a skill from markdown instructions or a canvas you own. Markdown-based skills start invite-only; converting a canvas keeps its sharing.

Enterprise org admins can publish skills to the organization's catalog. Publishing can share the canvas org-wide, but people still need the skill in their library to use it. Admin methods require a user token from an org-level app installation. Auto-enabling a skill for people or groups also requires the canvas to be shared with them.
