Wispr Flow Notetaker is now live on Windows

Wispr Flow Notetaker is now on Windows, alongside Mac. Open the Notetaker tab to capture meetings, ask for a recap during a call, search past meetings with citations, or draft from your notes.

Updates since the Mac launch include transcription in 21 languages, Outlook Calendar support, and one-click Gemini setup alongside Claude and ChatGPT connections. These AI connections grant access to meeting transcripts, not dictations.

You can also import Otter transcripts with speaker names preserved, which requires a paid Otter plan. Admin controls cover access, sharing and privacy restrictions, including requiring users to confirm consent before recording starts.
