Release notes for version 1.23b

Zen Browser 1.23b adds Library, a place to organize and access your history, media, downloads and spaces.

You can also resize the sidebar while it's hidden; resizing it too small hides it automatically. The release moves to Firefox 157.0, and Zen reports faster startup and new windows when lots of tabs are open.

Playback fixes include better audio and video sync after repeated speed changes, plus fixes on Windows for some HDR videos appearing dull and the taskbar staying over full-screen video.
