Release notes for version 1.24b

Zen Browser 1.24b bundles the certificate block list for compromised eMudhra intermediate certificates. Mozilla distributed those blocks through Remote Settings on October 17th; this update also blocks them when Remote Settings is disabled by policy or unavailable on your network.

The release fixes the sidebar hiding while your mouse is still over it and losing its scroll position in fullscreen. It also fixes multiple windows opening at startup on Linux and Windows, windows opening on the wrong Linux monitor, and a Windows crash when printing or saving a PDF with assistive technology running.
