Release: Slack CLI v4.12.0

Slack CLI v4.12.0 lets coding agents read its CLI skill directly with slack skill or slack --skill. The instructions match your installed CLI version, and you don't need to install the Slack Skills Plugin.

For Enterprise organizations, slack install and slack run now stop before creating an app if its manifest doesn't set org_deploy_enabled to true. The CLI explains the fix; previously, the app installed but never received events.

The release also fixes install and deploy commands clearing Work Object embed settings, and sends GET request arguments as query parameters with the token in the Authorization header.
