Release: Slack CLI v4.11.0

Slack CLI 4.11.0 makes password-free sign-in the default for slack sandbox create. Unless you pass --password, you'll sign in to the new sandbox through an email link.

This release also stops trusting the compromised eMudhra certificate authorities. The CLI now uses Go 1.27.3, and local development requires Deno 2.9.8 or later. slack doctor flags older versions as unsupported. New deploys and re-deploys to Run on Slack infrastructure use Deno 2.9.8.
