Creator and Viewer Team Roles

fal admins can now assign Creator and Viewer roles to team members.

Creators can use the Playground, Sandbox and Workflows. They can't view request logs or manage API keys, billing, members or roles.

Viewers get read-only access to team resources, including request logs and the library. They can't run models or change anything. Existing members keep their current roles.
