Updated the left-hand navigation of the Plaid Dashboard for improved ease of use

Plaid's Institution object now includes connection_availability, so you can check whether an institution supports new connections. NOT_SUPPORTED can appear only in /institutions/get_by_id responses; otherwise the field returns SUPPORTED.

For Sandbox testing, the optional roll_dates_forward setting moves the latest transaction activity to the current date when an Item is created and shifts the other activity to match.

The update also redesigns the Dashboard's left-hand navigation. Link iOS SDK v7.2.0 adds automatic session handoff for Embedded Link and security fixes. With that release, Safari Web Inspector can no longer attach to production Link sessions; WebView inspection is limited to Sandbox.
