ElevenLabs dubbing project language outputs now include a signed URL to WebVTT subtitles: translated lines timed to the source speech.

You'll find it in GET /v1/dubbing/project/{project_id}/language/{language_id}. The URL expires one hour after it's issued, so fetch it again from the endpoint when it lapses.
