Behance launched Recruiter Pro for finding and hiring full-time creative talent, with portfolio work shown directly in candidate search results.

Add an open role to get matches based on experience and portfolio work, then narrow the results by discipline, tools, seniority, job title, location, or availability. AI summaries describe how each candidate aligns with the role.

You can share shortlists with a hiring manager, track outreach and replies, and message candidates without credit packs or per-message fees. Recruiter Pro also includes unlimited job posts, which appear on Behance's job board.
