ElevenLabs' ElevenAgents now has Alerts for error rates that cross a threshold or rise sharply above their recent baseline. Monitors run with default thresholds without setup.

They cover conversation failures, tool failures, webhook errors, guardrail triggers, call initiation errors and evaluation success scores. You can open affected conversations from an alert and send notifications to webhooks, Slack or PagerDuty.

Thresholds can be adjusted for the workspace or overridden per agent. Only workspace admins can change workspace-level settings. Agent thresholds and notifiers can also be configured through platform_settings.alerting on the Update agent API.
