Cursor design mode adds Annotate for visual prompts

Cursor added Annotate to Design Mode for giving coding agents visual instructions on a running app.

In the Agents Window browser, click Annotate and select an element or draw around an area, then describe the change. You can Shift-click several elements or double-click text to edit it in place. Cursor sends the agent your note, a screenshot, and element details so it can edit the code.

Turn on Batch edits to collect numbered pins and send them together. Annotate requires Cursor 3.24.18 or later. Canvas tabs keep the older pen-style mode, without batch notes or in-place text editing.
