HyperFrames v0.9.3

HyperFrames v0.9.3 fixes several ways the Studio preview could stall or show stale content, and adds a non-blocking way to stamp a project's ids.

Stamping a project's hf-ids in Studio Server no longer holds the event loop, so the Studio host stays responsive while it runs. Long media clips also no longer leave the host unanswered. A preview reload now writes the composition as it is at that moment, not as it was when the reload was requested.

On the CLI, measure and diff now say why they failed, and reverse reports its runs. Two smaller fixes: core keeps the media prefetch queue ordered, and lint no longer flags a helper script's timeline as unregistered when the page nests it.
