Release notes for version 1.23.1b

Zen Browser 1.23.1b adds a Library filter for closed tabs instead of history entries. You can open the Library with opt/alt + shift + L, then right-click its section tabs to clear downloads or history.

The update also fixes low opacity in transparent sidebars and failed macOS downloads when Firefox asks where to save files but lacks access to the Downloads folder. It updates Firefox to 157.0.1.
