Release notes for version 1.23.3b

Zen Browser 1.23.3b fixes animation and address bar performance issues, memory leaks, and a crash when loading website icons. The Library media tab also stops asking OneDrive to download all cloud files.

Saving pages as PDFs now produces more accessible files, as does printing on Linux and macOS. The update also fixes PDF rendering problems such as missing math symbols.

The release moves Zen to Firefox 158.0. Windows High Contrast menus now follow the background and text colours you've chosen in Windows Settings.
