Release notes for version 1.23.2b

Zen Browser 1.23.2b fixes unloaded tabs being irrecoverably lost when moving multiple tabs to a new window. It also fixes space-assigned bookmarks failing to save and a startup memory leak.

The command palette now has an “open library” command, and you can right-click the Library's media tab to disable it. The Library also no longer gets stuck when opened and closed quickly.
