OpenAI invests in Reve as researchers join its multimodal team

OpenAI has invested in Reve, and members of Reve's AI Research team will join OpenAI to work on multimodal research.

Reve says it will remain independent and keep its existing products running. It can also continue working with models and partners across the AI ecosystem.
