MailCheap adds segment-only sections and a slash menu

MailCheap added sections that only selected readers see, along with a slash menu for inserting them.

Choose Who sees this, or type a slash and select Section, to limit a block by tag or segment. Everyone still gets the issue, with the sections intended for them. Sections can also be email-only or web-only; a reader-specific section stays in the email unless you also put it on the website.

You can add custom fields without leaving the editor, and typing {{ inserts a field. The editor checks also flag broken links and placeholders as you write. Those checks don't stop a send.
