Bitrig builds CarPlay apps in its own simulator

Bitrig now lets you build CarPlay apps and test them in its own simulator without a CarPlay entitlement.

That applies only to Bitrig’s simulator. Running the app in Xcode’s simulator or a real car still requires the CarPlay entitlement and a paid Apple Developer account.
