Frame.io Drive mounts projects as local folders

Frame.io Drive is a new desktop app that mounts shared projects as local drives. Files appear in Finder or Explorer and open in Premiere, Photoshop, or After Effects, with media streamed on demand and cached locally for playback.

Mounted Storage is included with every Frame.io account, but Drive access starts with Enterprise customers on April 15, with other plans following shortly after. Accounts awaiting access can join a waitlist.
