HyperFrames v0.8.200

HyperFrames v0.8.200 mounts and draws only the scenes near the preview playhead. HyperFrames says this makes long projects faster to scrub through.

Renders also keep fast capture on for frames untouched by a shadow, blur or clip effect. Capture browsers are allocated by a chunk's frame cost rather than its frame count.
