Confirm Nova-3 Configure Updates

Deepgram added confirmation responses for mid-stream Configure updates on /v1/listen. Each Configure message gets exactly one ConfigureSuccess or ConfigureFailure response.

When you replace a stream’s keyterms, ConfigureSuccess lists the terms in effect. If an update fails, none of that message is applied, and the stream stays open with its previous settings.

Keyterm updates require Nova-3 and must stay within the 500-token limit. Wait for the response before sending another Configure message.
