Slack CLI v4.9.0 lets you opt an app into app-level token rotation through the settings.app_level_token_rotation_enabled property in its manifest.

It also handles invalid logins more cleanly. An expired login with an invalid refresh token now prompts you to run slack login again. The slack activity --tail and slack run commands exit with an authentication error when the login token becomes invalid.
